Columbia, SC Contract to hire Onsite position with potential to work remote
Hours/Schedule:
Monday- Friday/8:30am-5pm This varies by person, depending on how quickly they grasp the information, but an estimate is a total of 3 months in the office between the classroom and OTJ training before someone may be released to start working from home In person interviews will be conducted. roles and responsibility Respond to inquiries via telephone, written, web, or walk-ins promptly, accurately, and courteously (65%). Accurately document all customer inquiries. Perform research and process adjustments to resolve issues (15%). Coordinate with departments to address and resolve problems. Handle priority inquiries and assist with special projects as directed by management. Provide feedback to management regarding customer problems and needs (10%). Maintain records of complaints and suggest changes to management. Ensure complaints are resolved or appropriately escalated. Stay informed about quality work instructions and company policies (5%). Recommend and implement process improvements. Identify and report fraudulent activities or system errors to the appropriate departments (5%).
