Pay:

Ranges from $14.00 – $19.00

Shift:

8 hours between 7am-8pm Monday-Friday What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Professional? You’ll be: Responding to customer inquiries, and performing research as needed to resolve inquiries. Reviewing and adjudicating claims and/or appeals. Identifying incorrectly processed claims and processes adjustments and reprocessing actions according to department guidelines. Entering claims into the claim system after verification of correct coding of procedures and diagnosis codes. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Have at least 2 years of call center experience OR a bachelor’s degree or higher. Have 1 years of claims experience Have good verbal and written communication skills. Have strong customer service skills. Have good spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills. Have basic business math proficiency. Are able to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
