Position Overview:
Southern Staircase is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Columbia, SC division. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing schedules, coordinating with field teams, and resolving service issues. Maintain installation and warranty service schedules for stair and rail systems Manage project timelines and due dates in the ERP system Coordinate with internal vendors and suppliers to manage customer orders Schedule field crews and communicate directly with installers, builders, superintendents, and homeowners Address and resolve field issues with professionalism and urgency Deliver high-level customer service and contribute to a positive team environment
What You’ll Need:
