This position consists of installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining simple to moderately complex customer hardware and software.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, your role will be essential in providing top-notch assistance to the helpdesk team.
You will be responsible for:
Phone Coverage:
Handling incoming calls and providing helpdesk support.
Helpdesk & Training Support:
Assisting end-users and delivering training as needed.
Hardware Maintenance:
Repairing and replacing computer hardware to ensure smooth operations.
Technical Assistance:
Offering support to office staff with technical issues.
IT Ticketing System:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of trouble tickets and service requests. #staffing
