South Carolina Project Scope:
Imaging, configuration, and deployment of 600 laptops and 23 desktops . Project Objective Support the South Carolina Judicial Branch (SCJB) in modernizing its IT infrastructure by preparing and deploying 600 laptops and 23 desktops across multiple judicial locations. This role is central to improving operational efficiency and staff productivity. Key Responsibilities Device Imaging Use SCJB-approved imaging tools to install standardized OS and core applications. Ensure configurations adhere to SCJB security policies . Perform system validations and quality checks post-imaging. Preparation & Configuration Apply system updates , install required software and patches . Configure user accounts, join domains, set up networks, and enable device management tools. Label and inventory each device for asset tracking. Deployment & Support Work with SCJB IT to schedule and execute device rollouts across all locations. Provide onsite or remote setup support for end-users during handoff. Offer initial user assistance to ensure smooth adoption. Documentation & Reporting Keep accurate logs of imaging, configuration steps, deployment timelines. Regularly report progress and milestones to project leads and IT managers. Team Collaboration Coordinate with SCJB’s IT Help Desk and Network staff . Ensure adherence to IT policies, data privacy standards , and maintain high levels of professionalism.
