OCCO Luxury Spa is a well-established, upscale day spa and salon located in the Vista. We are seeking a dependable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist who shares our passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, this position plays a key role in creating a positive and professional atmosphere.

Position Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointment scheduling, assisting staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive Answer phones according to script (we will train you) Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking software (training provided) Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately Learn spa services, product lines, and policies in order to educate and assist guests Manage daily communications, office emails, and staff needs Perform light cleaning, laundry folding/rotation, and occasional restocking Maintain confidentiality of all client information Attend and contribute to staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

Enthusiastic, positive, and professional attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn spa products and services Previous spa or salon experience is a plus , but not required Must be dependable and punctual High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Schedule & Availability:

Part-time:

10-20 hours/week Evening shifts (12 PM-7 PM or 2 PM-7 PM) Morning shifts (8:30/9 AM-2 PM) Saturdays required to work min 2 per month (8:30 AM-5 PM)

Monday-Friday:

9 AM-7

PM Saturday:

9 AM-5
