Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update databases with accurate information through data entry. Collaborate with team members to achieve patient concerns and improve overall client services. Assist in training new representatives as needed, sharing best practices for effective communication and service delivery. Skills Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, with a focus patient concerns. Strong ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
