Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative DOKO Animal Hospital 120 Blythewood Rd, Blythewood, SC 29016 DOKO Animal Hospital is a small animal veterinary hospital located in Blythewood, SC. We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We are a full service hospital that offers high quality medical and surgical care. We value a cohesive and friendly work environment, and strive to take excellent care of our family of employees. We are looking for a receptionist that will be responsible for assisting clients with their veterinary care. Receptionists will be expected to assist with answering the phone, being able to speak intelligently to clients about veterinary products, procedures, and routine care. Receptionists are also expected to take detailed communication notes for the electronic medical record. Finally, they are expected to check clients out using the merchant services hardware. Experience in a veterinary practice and computer proficiency is required.

Veterinary Receptionist Qualifications:

At least 1 year of veterinary experience is required Computer proficiency Available to work from Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 5:30 PM and rotating Saturdays 9:00am to 10:30am Familiarity with common veterinary products Good multi-tasking skills Committed to high-quality compassionate care Good communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Competitive pay with experience Health insurance Uniforms provided Employee pet discount Paid time off
