• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to compile and organize customer-related information.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to support business objectives.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery. Requirements
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing outbound communications.
• Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for organizing and processing information.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage order entry tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
