Overview
As our Customer Service Representative III, you will be responsible for assisting customers through phone calls, email, and chat with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction, helping to Make Life More Fun every day! Role requires previous customer service experience handling escalated calls and assistance with monitoring overall department service levels. Wages start $17.00 per hour for this regular position with a full-time schedule of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. This is an on-site position in Spartanburg, SC.
Detailed Description
What you’ll do:
Handle customer inquiries and orders through chat, email, telephone, mail, and fax in a professional manner, including escalated calls and service to our business to business account customers
Monitor service levels and allocation of staff to maintain efficiency and meet service goals
Provide technical and shopping assistance to customers and back office support processing invoices and releasing orders and credits
Work on special projects such as outbound customer surveys and calls
Deliver personalized customer service, maintain confidentiality of customer information, and meet departmental production standards
Work independently and as part of a team to build on our culture of fun!
What you need to join the fun:
1-2 years previous customer service experience required
Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
Proficiency usingputers and familiarity with chat and messaging platforms
Good reading, listening, and interpersonalmunications skills Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Ability to read and navigate through numerousputer windows in an efficient manner while speaking with customers
Maintain professional and friendly tone whenmunicating with customers
Excellent writtenmunication skills with a strong aptitude of grammar and spelling
