The Wisconsin DNR is hiring up to 4 LTE (Limited Term Employee)
- Natural Resources Customer Service Representatives at our offices in Madison, Woodruff, and Janesville, WI
Please note: The position in Madison is a second shift position with typical work hours from 11:30am - 10:00pm 4 days/ week, including every other weekend. The positions stationed in Janesville and Woodruff will work Monday
- Friday from 8am
- 4:30pm.

Position Summary
These positions are primarily responsible for serving as processing experts for boat registrations, transfers and boat titling requirements and/ or hunting fishing and trapping licenses. The positions process applications, authenticate documents, determine eligibility, issue registration, titles and licenses, and provide support for the most complex customer service transactions through the application of state statutes, administrative rules, and policies and procedure.
Salary Information
These positions pay $21.59 per hour and is in pay schedule and range 02-13. Compensation will be set in accordance with the State Compensation Plan. Job Details
This is a Limited Term Employment (LTE) position and will not automatically lead to permanent state employment or be entitled to the same benefits as permanent employees.

Residency:
To be considered for this position, you must be a resident of the State of Wisconsin.
A Wisconsin resident is a person who:
a. Has established a residence, as defined in s. 6.10(1), in this state not less than 10 days earlier; b. Has resided in this state for not less than a total of one year out of the immediately preceding 5 years; c. Is eligible to register to vote in this state; or d. Is the spouse of a person meeting the requirements of par. (a), (b), or (c).” s.230.03(12), Wis. Stats.
