CSR/Call Center 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars South Carolina • Remote Join our dynamic team at a local company in Statesville, NC, where we are seeking skilled Call Center R epresentatives (remote) to fill anopportunity starting July 8th, 2025.

Qualifications:

Training Class begins on July 8th, 2025. Must reside in NC, SC, or GA to work remotely. Must have at least 2 years of call center and strong customer service experience. Must be available between the hours of 7am-7pm or 1pm-1am. Training hours are held between 8am-5pm. Days/Hours may vary – Some weekend or holiday work will be required. Pay starting at $15/hour – Pay increase following training, and 90-day review to be hired as a permanent employee. This position could either be Remote or In-Person – Equipment is NOT provided to work remotely . To work remote, you must have the following requirements: A laptop/desktop/tablet with Windows 10 or better (Can not be a MacBook or Google Chromebook) with a 15″ screen AND webcam. Headphones (Wired or Bluetooth with a speaker). MUST have Hardwired internet connection (MUST have ethernet cable connected to your device/network) at 60mbs. Use of mobile hotspots and WIFI are NOT allowed. Ability to use Google Meet or Zoom for orientation. Quiet workspace.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Provide necessary information and process information correctly. Perform data entry tasks accurately Resolve customer inquiries. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Identify and escalate priority issues.

Experience:

Proficient in English, both verbal and written. Strong computer skills to navigate through multiple systems. Prior experience in customer service is required: At least 2 years. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Strong analytical skills to assess and solve problems promptly.

Must be available to work between the hours of 7am-7pm or 1pm-1am. Some weekends and holidays may be required.

Compensation:

Competitive pay starting at $15.00 per hour. Pay will increase after successfully completing all Lead training and have had satisfactory 30, 60 and 90- day reviews to be brought on as a permanent employee.
