Job Description
Customer Service Representative Air Services of the Carolinas Clover, SC 29710 “`Duties“`
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system “`Experience“`
- Previous experience in a customer service role required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
