Product / Part Support Associate The C Brand Group Rock Hill, SC 29730 The Product Support Associate is responsible for providing assistance for Parts Warehouse, Sales Logistics, and Technical Support teams. This role will be responsible for timely and routine machine conditioning. In addition to supporting the parts distribution process through receiving, to packaging, and shipping. This will be a developmental role for Product Support.

Responsibilities:

Provide parts logistics assistance to Parts Specialist through loading/unloading vans and trucks of boxes and skids. Support inventory and cycle counting of parts warehouse. Responsible for general housekeeping of Part Warehouse by keeping floors free of debris, boxes, dirt, etc. Assist Parts Specialists for shipment prepping of parts to dealers/end users including picking parts, box assembly, label creation, shipping selection (FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS, etc.). Serve as the yard logistics main point of contact for machines by moving and organizing inventory based on last-in/first-out, machine conditioning, and priority from Sales Administration/Logistics and Product Support Manager. Load/Unload machines on/off trucks and trailers. Preparing machines and attachments for inbound and outbound shipment including interior and exterior detailing, pressure washing, paint touch up (training to be provided). Complete machine conditioning (training will be provided) based on predetermined schedule according to age or outbound shipping schedule. Request and document by machine serial number and send updates to email distribution list for transparency and escalation if necessary.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Ability to safely Lift up to 50 pounds | Climb a ladder | Operate a pressure washer | Fill equipment with diesel, hydraulic oil, etc. | Stand up to 4 hours | Operate equipment (with training provided) Desire and ability to work in fast paced environment including outdoors in all weather conditions. High energy level and self-motivated. Computer literacy with excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Basic Skills and Experience:

Experience with heavy equipment and forklifts. Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use MS Word, Excel, & Outlook.
