In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling cash transactions, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Must 21 years or older Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system. Process sales efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and retail math. Provide product demonstrations and information to enhance customer understanding of merchandise. Maintain stock levels on the sales floor by restocking shelves and organizing products effectively. Address customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high standards of customer service. Ability to lift 50 LB Experience Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures, including operating cash registers and processing transactions. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Knowledge of retail math concepts is beneficial for managing transactions accurately. A proactive attitude towards learning about products and services offered by the store is essential.
