Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional service and support via phone, chats, and/or email Process customer orders and returns in an accurate and efficient manner Update customer records in the company database in a timely and accurate manner Assist customers with freight and transit inquiries Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services Collaborate with multiple departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations Participate in team meetings and contribute to improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, data entry, or related role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred) Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems (preferred) HemaSource, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
