Duties Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide information. Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all interactions. Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and track interactions. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries. Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements. Assist in sales efforts by providing product information and guiding customers through the purchasing process. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service strategies. Experience Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred. Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential. Familiarity with data entry processes and software applications is advantageous. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions. Ability to type efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during calls or chats.
