This is a full-time, W2 position with weekly base pay plus uncapped commissions following paid training. Position Overview:

This is an in-person role located inside our partnered retail stores , where you will engage with customers, promote wireless products and services, and help them find the best solutions based on their needs. You’ll receive hands-on training and consistent support to help you thrive in a customer-focused sales environment .

Key Responsibilities:

Provide face-to-face customer service inside big-box retail stores Promote wireless plans, mobile devices, accessories, and service upgrades Educate customers on current promotions, product features, and service options Process new account activations and upgrades Attend in-person training sessions and daily sales meetings Maintain a high level of professionalism, compliance, and product knowledge Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements:

Retail, wireless, customer service, or sales experience preferred (not required) Must be comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced retail environment Ability to work full-time, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation for local travel to store locations and meetings

Compensation & Benefits:
