Client Relationship Insurance Specialist Madison Insurance Group 9100 Oak Ridge Highway, Oak Ridge, TN 37830 Job Overview Madison Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with insurance solutions tailored to their needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to analyze client requirements to offer the best coverage options. Duties Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including life and health. Conduct customer service and provide service solutions to new and existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate information. Assist clients with benefits administration and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. Skills Strong sales skills with a proven track record in retail sales or telemarketing. Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards client needs. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele. Ability to analyze complex information and communicate it clearly to clients. Strong negotiation skills to effectively discuss policy terms and close sales. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
