Louisville, TN 37777 (22 weeks of in-office training, then move to Hybrid model)

12 months (possible extension) Pay rate: $18.64/hour on W2

Job Description:
Perform research, enter data, and process/adjust health care appeals/claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues. Encounter both standard and non-standard issues and will seek advice/escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP’s dictated by the client.
