Are you a confident communicator who excels at building relationships? Do you have a knack for turning interest into a sale? If so, we want you on our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for helping our customers troubleshoot issues and protect their Whirlpool appliances or with extended service plans. You’ll work directly with customers explaining the benefits and value of our coverage options, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their decisions. What you bring to the table: A friendly and approachable attitude that builds customer trust
An ability to negotiate and diffuse escalated consumer interactions by demonstrating soft skills and issue ownership
Sales experience (preferably, but if you’re a natural talker and an objective thinker, we’re game to train you)
Active listening and patience while working with frustrated or confused customers, especially if the issue is complicated
A great phone presence and the ability to confidently explain and sell products, turning “I don’t know” into “Wow, that’s a great deal!”

Minimum Requirements:

Must be available to work a 40-hour schedule
High School Diploma/GED
Intermediate computer skills
At least 1 year of customer service experience
