Client Relations Associate As our Client Relations Associate , you’ll be the heart of our customer experience, helping ensure that every interaction is seamless, personal, and truly exceptional.

What You’ll Do:

Be the go-to support contact for clients via email, chat, and phone Provide friendly, fast, and effective assistance for orders, product details, and service updates Resolve issues quickly and with empathy, keeping customer satisfaction front and center Work cross-functionally with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries Capture client feedback and help us continually elevate the experience

What You Bring:

1+ year in a customer-facing or support role (e-commerce or creative industry a plus) Strong written and verbal English communication skills A calm, professional attitude with excellent problem-solving skills Tech comfort

• You know your way around email tools, chat platforms, and basic CRM systems Bonus if you have a passion for photography or visual design!
