You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and guidance throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and live chat Provide knowledgeable support regarding our products, services, and order process Track and manage orders, resolving any issues with professionalism and care Gather client feedback and communicate insights to internal teams Maintain a high standard of customer experience at every touchpoint
