Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a vital role that serves as the welcoming face of our company, managing our front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and actively contributing to our sales efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with front desk experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner. strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Demonstrated ability to actively listen, empathize, and problem-solve. A proven track record of success in inside sales, upselling, or identifying opportunities to grow client accounts. Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (Microsoft Office Suite). Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
salary:
$18 – $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and ensure a smooth flow of front office operations.
Client Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently through various channels (phone, email, in-person).
Customer Service Excellence:
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Inside Sales & Upselling:
Proactively identify client needs and effectively present our products/services. Educate clients on additional offerings, upsell relevant solutions, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Administrative Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and preparing correspondence.
Problem Resolution:
Skillfully de-escalate customer concerns and find satisfactory resolutions, always aiming for client satisfaction.
Product/Service Knowledge:
