Capable of standing/walking for periods of time

Drug Screening and Background Check Required Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service at the point of sale recommending the best wash or club package for the customer in our tunnel, automatic and self serve bays. Provide a great experience to the customer by following company guidelines and ensuring the property remains clean at all times. Perform preventative maintenance and be able make any repairs necessary to produce a clean and shiny car at all times Assist in chemical inventory Any and all other responsibilities assigned by the management team. Summary As a Customer Experience Associate I in our Car Wash division, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a high-quality car wash experience. Your core skills in customer service, sales, and car wash operations will be vital in maintaining our service standards. You will also utilize your communication skills to engage with customers effectively, addressing their needs and concerns. Additionally, relevant skills such as cleaning, custodial experience, and driving will enhance your ability to contribute to a clean and efficient work environment.
