JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing support to sales personnel, shipping specialists, customer service reps, inventory control, and customers. Will oversee the day to day responsibilities of all customer requirements and all shipping paperwork.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide support to VIAM North America/VICAM Generate all shipping documentation necessary for timely distribution to customers Schedule and maintain freight carriers for timely distribution to customers Assist customers with their accounts Communicate customer requirements and requirements satisfied through distribution on report form Communicate any and all out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction Report customer issues, customer ratings, customer projections, etc to upper management Provide feedback for any past due accounts when needed Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time Provide all documentation in a timely manner to shipping department Ensure all documentation to shipping department is accurate Provide any documentation necessary to ensure timely payment from customers Responsible for maintaining working procedures Responsible for completing IIP requirements Responsible for customer specific website checks Understands and follows VIAM’s safety policy Track expedited freight charges and expendable packaging charges

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED (2) years Management Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer literate Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills Team oriented Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple task Good telephone manner to enhance relationships with customers
