Responsibilitiesinclude but not limited to:
  • Establish customer relationships andfollow up with customers, as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, andfriendly customer service. Service can include responding toinquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages,policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billingclarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review processto educate customers about insurance options
  • Maintain a strongwork ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
