Appointment Coordinator Impressions Photography – Nashville, TN Nashville, TN 37203 Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and scheduling appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Schedule appointments efficiently while considering client preferences and availability. Conduct warm calls (in-house visits) and follow up with potential clients and confirm appointments. Work with photographers and assist with client viewing and sales to ensure all necessary information is communicated effectively. Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions. Assist in business development efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling services. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment process, addressing any client concerns or questions promptly. Skills Proven experience in customer servic, sales or inside sales is preferred. Skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Familiarity with technical sales concepts and processes. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients. Experience with warm calling techniques to engage potential customers positively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
