Job Description

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Rep Tennessee Quick Cash, Inc. 4662 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN 37211 Tennessee Quick Cash, Inc., a respected leader in the consumer financial and loan services industry, is currently seeking individuals with management and/or customer service experience to join our team of professionals in Nashville and the surrounding areas! We are looking for individuals with a strong background in the financial or retail industry who are looking to grow within our company.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for maintaining effective operation and continued growth of the branch with the direction of the Branch Manager and members of Upper Management.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service Research and evaluate loan applicant’s financial status, references, credit and risk Promote the sale of credit and loan services Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Document and update customer records based on interactions Manage past due and delinquent accounts Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Perform additional duties as assigned

Travel :

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to insured, reliable transportation Ability to travel within division for marketing and banking responsibilities

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or other financial related fields Previous experience handling cash and performing cash transactions Previous experience in the Financial Industry is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

$15.50 – $20.00 per hour Overnight Shift Positions may become available ($3.00/hour shift differential pay) Benefits package available
