Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Job Description We are seeking an experienced Call Center / Customer Service Representative IV to manage assigned customer accounts and support the entire order life cycle. This position serves as the single point of contact for customers and works closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, issue resolution, and excellent service delivery. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance every Tuesday and Wednesday. Candidates must have supply chain or customer order management experience. Retail or entry-level customer service backgrounds will not be considered. Responsibilities Manage full order life cycle for assigned customer accounts, from new customer setup through order entry, processing, shipping, and post-delivery support. Serve as the single point of contact for customers and internal teams. Communicate proactively with customers to provide order status updates and resolve inquiries. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all communications and transactions. Prepare and distribute customer reports. Identify and escalate issues as needed. Ensure data accuracy in systems and participate in process improvement initiatives. Promote and support customer-facing tools such as online portals. Qualifications High School Diploma required; College degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer order management, account management, or supply chain. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel (must be pre-screened). Experience with CRM or Order Management Systems preferred. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
