In this role, you’ll be the first voice clients hear — your primary responsibility will be to ask prequalifying questions, gather basic information, and determine if the client is a potential fit for mortgage services. This position does not involve quoting rates or discussing loan programs — it’s all about asking the right questions, listening closely, and setting up the next step with our licensed loan officers.
