Cashier/Cook/Customer Service Belle Meade Winery 5025 Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37205 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a strong ability to assist customers with their needs, ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting menu items. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Handle food orders and ensure proper food handling practices are followed. Assist in meal preparation and kitchen duties as needed, including catering events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and kitchen. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Provide information about menu items, including dietary options and meal planning. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Familiarity with catering services and fine dining standards is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with meal preparation or dietary aide responsibilities is desirable.
