Nashville, TN Role Overview:

JumpCrew is seeking a Client Success Specialist who will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing their needs, providing solutions, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance the client experience. Monitor and report on client satisfaction metrics and escalate concerns as needed. Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling. Prepare and present client performance reports and analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a client-focused mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and clients in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and basic data analysis tools.
