Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Problem Resolution:
Efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Policy Management:
Assist customers with understanding their insurance policies, making changes, and ensuring they have the coverage they need.
Documentation:
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions as well as follow through on commitments made to customers.
Relationship Building:
Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about policy changes and company offerings to provide informed assistance and recommendations to customers. With good performance, candidate would be eligible to become a licensed Insurance Agent.
Requirements Experience:
At least 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in an insurance or related industry.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members.
