Position Summary:

The Customer Service Clerk plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the customer service department by accurately entering, maintaining, and correcting customer orders received through our online platform. This position requires attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and a proactive approach to resolving order discrepancies to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter incoming online orders in a timely manner. Review incoming orders for completeness, accuracy, and pricing consistency. Maintain existing customer orders, including updates to quantities, delivery dates, and shipping instructions. Correct errors in order entry and proactively communicate changes with the necessary departments and customers. Monitor online order portals and internal queues to ensure all orders are processed promptly. Communicate with customers email to clarify order details as needed. Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and billing teams to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled correctly. Support general customer service tasks as needed, including answering calls and responding to inquiries when called upon to do so. Other administrative tasks as directed by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
