Successful candidates will possess exceptional customer service skills and willingness to call on agent provided leads and referrals(NO

).
Responsibilities:
Calling on agent provided leads and referrals Answering phones, emails, and texts Processing Payments Answering Billing Questions Taking info for service requests and creating/assigning activities Lead intake and initial quoting Updating client changes – name/email/phone/address Running cancellation reports and calling on those clients Assisting with Renewals Requoting clients with increases Tracking referrals and sending out referral gift cards Client follow up
Requirements:
Willingness and ability to obtain/maintain Tennessee Insurance Producers License Excellent written and oral communication skills Organized approach to work and consistent follow through Customer focused mindset that is win-win for the company and client Prior sales experience 1-3 years (hospitality, catering, rental services, insurance, office services), preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm, in office
Pay:
