Responsibilities:
Process incoming orders from business clients. Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings. Interact with clients via phone, email, and live chat/messaging to provide personalized assistance and answer inquiries. Collaborate with clients to tailor orders according to their specific needs & preferences. Monitor product availability and inform clients about stock levels, potential shortages, and estimated delivery times. Address client concerns, maintain accurate records of client interactions, resolve complaints, and work closely with other departments to ensure prompt solutions. Identify opportunities to upsell related products and introduce clients to new offerings that align with their business needs. Gather feedback from clients to provide insights for improving products, services, and overall customer experience. Work closely with the sales team, logistics, and warehouse personnel to streamline order fulfillment and ensure smooth operations. Perform routine housekeeping in work area including desk, office, and bathrooms.
