RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic understanding of printing process, tooling, materials, and applications Maintain awareness of customer orders throughout the process flow Process electronic art & proofs for prepress Possess knowledge of various types of product applications Assist customers with technical requests Work with sales, customers, and prospects on business opportunities. Handle assigned accounts and maintain organized files and notes Work closely with the manufacturing team processing orders. Work closely with the prepress team in processing electronic files, preflight, and proofs. Adhere to company policies and procedures along with Safety procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Detail Oriented Multi-task oriented High professional standard and conduct Display good organizational & communicative skills Be dependable, on time for shift start, and regular attendance Working knowledge of Microsoft operating system and Google platform
