Customer Service Representatives – Multiple Openings!
Location:
Onsite in Goodlettsville | Remote eligible after temporary to hire conversion (approx. 4mos) Join a growing team with a fast-paced, collaborative environment! We’re currently hiring 6-8 Customer Service Representatives to support high-volume phone and client service operations. Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required. 100% Employer Paid Health Insurance (start date of this benefit to be determined by employer if the candidate is extended a permanent offer after CFS temporary period.)
Projected Start Date:
July 7, 2025 no formal interview required – just a quick virtual meeting with the CFS Recruiter! Start date will be pending clear background check.

Provide top-notch customer service over the phone Handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and efficiency Attend interactive training via Teams with dedicated Team Leads Work onsite during training with your own fully equipped workstation Potential for remote work after full-time hire with
