Job Description
Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in delivering exceptional customer experiences and have strong organizational skills. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Provide attentive and courteous service to customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the system, ensuring data integrity.
- Handle order entry tasks and manage scheduling for appointments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless call center operations and meet service level targets.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and maintain customer-related documents.
- Follow established protocols to manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Communicate updates and solutions to customers in a timely manner, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and discussions. Requirements
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in answering inbound and handling outbound calls.
- Strong skills in data entry with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for managing documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
