Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch Workers:

Coordinate and dispatch day laborers to various job sites based on client needs, ensuring proper match-ups of skills, location, and schedule.

Customer Service:

Respond to client inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Collections:

Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in collections efforts while maintaining positive client relationships.

Office Support:

Assist with daily administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and support the team with any additional office duties as needed.

Flexible Availability:

This position requires flexibility to handle varying work hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as necessary to meet client and staffing demands.

Qualifications:
