The day-to-day tasks include providing customer service support, managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. The role also includes handling framing projects, answering phone calls, and addressing client needs. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies. Engage in outbound calling to follow up with customers and promote services. Assist clients with product information, order processing, and account management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
