Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:

Providecustomer support to new and existing customer accounts Identify andassess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and ensurelong-term customer retention Build sustainable relationships andtrust with customer accounts through open and interactivecommunication Deliver quality product presentations and answerquestions with honesty and transparency Meet personal and customerservice sales metrics and evaluate performance on a weekly basisHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions andalternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensureresolution Keep records of customer interactions and transactionsin accordance with the company confidentiality mandates
