Full Job Description Summary:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as placing supply orders, dispatching service calls, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Service Dispatch coordination for multiple branch offices.
• Place supply orders that come in via phone
• Maintain customer satisfaction, handle inquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
• All other duties assigned.

Competencies:

• Comfortable on the telephone
• Multi-tasking skills.
• Logical decision-making skills for Dispatch organization for multiple branch offices.
• Competent in basic computer skills, Excel, Word and an online customer service database.
