Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team! MassageLuXe is a monthly membership based day spa that offers a variety of massage and facial services to help our clients relax and rejuvenate. We are looking for a lead sales representative who can sell memberships to prospective members, as well as products and upgrades to existing members. As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming clients and providing them with a tour of the spa
• Educating clients about the benefits of massage and facial services, as well as the advantages of becoming a member
• Presenting membership options and closing sales
• Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
• Training and coaching other sales representatives on best practices and sales techniques
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance and spa environment To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the spa or wellness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and friendly attitude
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends As a lead sales representative, you will enjoy:
• An hourly rate plus commissions for membership sales, product sales and residual commissions for those memberships you close and remain members
