Job Duties:

Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders. Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs. Verify warranty and service contracts as needed. Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins. Maintain service records and prepare billing invoices for customers. Work with Accounts Payable to resolve any receipt/ invoice questions. Provide invoices to customers and collect payment. Observe and report customer information, including customer buying habits and competitive intrusion. Answer all customer questions both in person and over the phone in a courteous manner. Other duties as assigned.

Desired Competencies:

Knowledge and experience with parts/ mechanics or a related field is beneficial. Excellent communication skills. Organized and detail oriented. Proficient with computers. Team Player.

Self- Aware:

ability to handle stress under pressure. Excellent customer service. Flexibility to meet changing demands.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. 2+ years’ experience in a Service Support position or similar position is beneficial but not required.
