In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless, positive experience. Duties Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support satisfaction and long-term loyalty Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering accurate information and helpful guidance on products and services Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer issues and deliver timely, effective solutions Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude that reflects the company’s values Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience Accurately log and update customer interactions and records within company systems Follow established procedures and policies to ensure quality and consistency in service Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to answer questions and provide informed support Proactively suggest ideas and feedback to improve the customer experience and service processes Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or a call center environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor Proficiency with customer service platforms, email, and chat tools Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Preferred:
