You will be responsible for breaking down cardboard, organizing pallets, keeping the outside area presentable, pulling and preparing orders accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. Your primary focus will be to keep the warehouse clean and keep up with the cardboard while maintaining a clean area. A commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a cheerful demeanor will be crucial to your success in this role. Duties Breaks down cardboard Organizes Pallets Responsible for keeping the outside area clean and presentable. Maintain clean workspace (empty trashcans, clean tables, etc.). Greet customers with positivity. Pull orders and stage for customers. Trained on register. Positive customer experience when interacting with customers. Forklift and load securing training. Organize daily auction pickups in the morning. Great attitude. When main duties are completed, default to one of the following based on managers suggestion: Process glasses/wipers, empty carts for retail, merchandise existing sections, and/or report to processing. Qualifications Customer service skills Hard worker, with a strong work ethic and a team player. A willingness to learn and a positive attitude are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus. PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours. Walking, bending, light lifting up to 50 lbs. Reach overhead and work in various positions, including but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time. Be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.

POSITION WAGE RATES

Pay range: $15 to $18 per hour, dependent upon experience
