We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager that will be focused on customer service for our business clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, hard working, and great at forming relationships with clients.
Job Description includes:
Market accounts & generate quotes Request and prepare new business and renewal applications, including supplementals. Submit to carriers. Enter applicable rating information into company specific automated processing systems Prepare client proposals Update Client Management System with appropriate info throughout the life cycle of the quote, prepare comparison spreadsheets on larger accounts Review quotes for accuracy and forms for coverage and exclusions Present small business quotes as needed Issue policies Prepare and send issuance items such as Certificates, Evidences, and Auto ID cards to client or Account Manager Transact Producer policies in accounting system Special Events Policies -Gather info from client, quote, send quote to prospect, issue when requested, send certificate to venue Provide back up support to account managers, assisting in managing workloads and workflows when necessary: PCRs, Auto IDs, MVRs, Policy Spreadsheets, Certificates Provide back up support to in-house
