What You’ll Be Doing Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Assisting customers in placing orders over the phone. Conducting product research to support customer needs. Contacting suppliers for ETA updates. Handling challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. What We’re Looking For Strong oral and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively. Calm and collected under pressure, especially in fast-paced environments. Strong PC skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously. Typing skills (20+ WPM preferred).
